Over the next 24 hours (starting Saturday, October 24 at 5:00 PM EDT) we will be applying security updates and hardening improvements across our managed servers. This includes kernel updates, additional system package updates released in response to recent security advisories and improvements to general security posture.

What to expect: some servers will be rebooted during this window. Each reboot typically causes 1–2 minutes of downtime for websites, email and control panels on that server. Updates are applied in stages, so your sites may experience brief, intermittent interruptions.

No action is needed on your part. We will post an update here when maintenance is complete.
