Monitoring incident: Outage on several nodes.

Several of our nodes went offline today at about 07:50 AM EST.

All affected servers are now back online. The outage lasted between 10 and 15 mins, which varied based on client-setup. Clients with server clusters of 2 or more experienced ~ 15 mins downtimes.

The initial investigation looks to be a power fault. However, as indicated all affected nodes are back online.

We apologize for the inconvenience this caused; we will monitor heavily throughout today, and once investigations are complete, confirm the issue’s closure.
