Service Montreal Datacenter seems to be down

Cause: There was a temporary network/upstream issue this morning between our datacenter and Chicago, during routine network maintenance. We continue to monitor. During the connectivity issue, the servers remained online awaiting requests, but the upstream outage affected incoming traffic.

We are working with providers to ensure these types of issues can be better avoided, and their impact minimized during maintenance.

We are investigating a network issue affecting some of our nodes. The servers and platform are online, but experiencing intermittent network connectivity, which we are looking into. Will update shortly!

According to our monitoring system this service has become unresponsive, we’re investigating.
